Being car people ourselves, we know, it's exciting and kind of scary ordering parts for your beloved project car or daily driver, what's better? we're just as excited and nervous as you!
Once you place an order in the Velora Garage, we get straight to work. Most orders are processed within 1โ3 business days, with items shipped directly from our verified global suppliers.
Whether youโre ordering from downtown Toronto or the desert backroads of Arizona, our delivery times typically range from 8โ14 days, depending on your location. Every shipment includes a tracking number, so you can follow your gear as it makes its way to your ride.
We only work with reliable carriers, and every product ships from warehouses that meet our quality control standards.
Returns & Refunds
We get it, sometimes things donโt go as planned. If you change your mind, no stress.
Velora offers a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives. To be eligible, items need to be unused and in their original packaging just how they rolled out of the factory.
We donโt charge restocking fees, and we make the process smooth. Just send us a quick message at

Warranty & Support
Every product from Velora comes with a 1-year limited warranty, because we believe in the gear we offer.
But we donโt stop there. Whether itโs setup help, firmware questions, or just a "hey, this light won't stop blinking" message, our support doesnโt expire. Youโll always have access to our lifetime customer support through email or Instagram DMs.

Will this work with my car?

Do you include installation guides?
Yup. Every product comes with a setup guide (digital or in-box). If you need help mid-install, just email us a photo, weโre the type to troubleshoot with you step-by-step.
